Michael Fassbender will participate in the European Le Mans racing season

Actor Michael Fassbender will participate in his first European Le Mans season this year. At this year’s race, the 43-year-old actor will drive a Porsche 911 RSR. It was racing with the famous actor and driver Patrick Dempsey’s Proton Competition.

This is a big step for him on the way to conquer the prestigious Le Mans 24h race. Joining the European Le Mans tournament, Fassbender takes the motorsport industry to a new level. Porsche will provide you with a dedicated camera crew.

Michael Fassbender is so passionate about driving. That he really wants to test his skills against some of the best racers in the world at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Fassbender began his racing career with the Porsche Driving Experience program with his first racing car being the 485-hp 911 GT3 Cup. After completing his first training course, Michael went on to participate in the Porsche Racing Experience. At this program, he was fully and properly supported according to his request.

With his promotion to the European Le Mans race, Michael Fassbender took one step closer to his dream of competing at Le Mans 24h. It’s always a great thing to have something new to do.

Fassbender will participate in the LM GTE category, where each race consists of a 4-hour ride. His Porsche 911 RSR is equipped with a horizontal 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 503 horsepower.

At Proton Competition, Michael Fassbender will accompany Richard Lietz and Felipe Fernández Laser drivers in the Porsche 911 RSR 93. Porsche offers vehicles from 718 Cayman GT4 Sports Club to 911 RSR for customers.
