Making money from a mobile app is one of the most exciting passive income business models there is. With this strategy, you can sit back and watch as the money roles in as users download your app. What’s even better, is that you get the sense of satisfaction that comes from knowing it was a program you built from hand that helped you to start earning that money! It’s possible to make a lot of money from an app too!

But you wouldn’t be the first person to have an idea for an app. The problem is that an

awful lot of people don’t know how to go about capitalizing on that idea and making it into something that will actually make money. Read on and let’s take a look at some of the best methods and strategies for profiting from a mobile app.

1. The Challenge.

The first thing to do is to make sure that your app idea is relatively simple. This is something that a lot of people get wrong: ask what their big app idea is and they’ll normally tell you it has something to do with a social network that will change the way people do. Often hey won’t tell you what the idea entails (in case someone steals it!) and they’ll spend months and months working on it.

This is almost doomed to failure. If you have never released a successful app before then why would you make your first one something that involves so much work and that is so complex?

2. Keep it Simple Stupid!

A far better strategy is to release something very simple – this could be something as straightforward as an app that shares information (perhaps a collection of essays on fitness?) or maybe a very simple game.

This will give you the opportunity to learn the ropes, to see what it’s like to sell an app and crucially to avoid investing huge amounts of time into something that ultimately isn’t a hit.

Use the ‘fail fast’ method by creating lots of MVPs and then developing the ones that turn out to be successful!

As long as you choose the right niche, it will sell/get downloaded!

The other reason to make something simple, is that it will allow you to avoid learning to code in Java – simple apps can be built with straightforward app creation tools.

Charge!

Finally, note that the best way to make money from an app is often to charge for it.

Yes, display ads can make money but only if your users click on them in huge numbers. This means you need a gigantic number
of active, regular users who are engaged with your app every day to make a profit.

Conversely, if your app looks very appealing and only costs a dollar or so, you’ll find you can entice people to make a lot of impulse downloads. Get 50 downloads a day and you’re earning a decent amount extra – and remember this can be across a large number of apps!

Looking to enhance your running performance? Believe it or not, a smoothie might just be exactly the secret weapon you’re looking for! In this post, we’ll look at some incredibly powerful ingredients that will taste great in any smoothie and that will help you to run a little further a little faster…

1. Chia Seeds.

Chia seeds are a common ingredient in smoothies that are used as a ‘base’. This means that they will help to give the smoothie the smooth and creamy texture that it is known for a

nd prevent it from just being a fruit cocktail!

Chia seeds are of particular interest to runners because they help to hold water and hydration. Chia can absorb large amounts of water and swell to several times their normal volume. Then, once in the stomach, they will release that water into the body to hydrate you. This is one of the secrets that allows the Native American ‘Tarahumara Tribe’ to run huge distances on a regular basis without becoming tired or dehydrated.

2. Beetroot Juice.

Beetroot juice is another powerful aid that might just let you run a little bit further and faster. That’s because beetroot juice is a natural vasodilator. This means that it can help to dilate the blood vessels – the veins and arteries – and thereby help more blood to find its way around your body. If you consume beetroot juice then you should find your body becomes much better at mobilizing fat stores, helping you to breathe heavily and take in large amounts of oxygen and more.

Beetroot juice is actually a favourite choice among a large number of athletes for these reasons and is broadly considered a performance enhancer!

3. Red Grapes.

Resveratrol is a substance found in red grapes. This is a highly powerful antioxidant and on top of that, it is also very good at enhancing the function of the mitochondria.

Mitochondria are small ‘energy factories’ that live inside your cells and allow you to use ATP. The more mitochondria you have and the more efficient they are, the longer and faster you’ll be able to run or otherwise exert yourself without tiring out. Red grapes are a great inclusion for this reason and might just give you an added edge!

4. Protein Shake.

While we normally think that protein shake is for bodybuilders, it can also be useful for runners and the reason is actually very similar.

That’s because running is highly catabolic. Not only does running burn fat, it also burns muscle to a great extent and this is something that most runners would rather avoid where possible. By consuming protein just before a run – and especially a source with added BCAA (branch chained amino acids) – you may be able to protect your muscles against being catabolized.

5. Green Tea.

Green tea is a great source of caffeine which can increase the heartrate and metabolism and give you a big boost in energy. For this reason, caffeine is found in a large number of performance enhancing supplements and pre-workouts.

http://syndlab.tudothatsu.com/how-to-generate-passive-income-with-minimum-work-from-youtube/
When you think of making money online through YouTube, you probably think of becoming a ‘YouTuber’. That tends to carry the connotation that you’re going to become an active content creator, film lots of video and probably build a large audience/following for your brand.

This is a great lifestyle that allows you to make money doing something you love, while also enjoying a modicum of genuine fame. It’s a lot of work and requires a lot of skill but it’s also almost definit

ely worth it.

But that’s not the only way to make money from YouTube. Actually, YouTube can be set up as a very nice passive income model that will generate revenue even while you’re resting. You can practically automate this money-making system and find it’s still surprisingly profitable. Read on to learn how.

1. Maximum Revenue, Minimum Investment.

YouTubers can make money in a number of different ways. They make money from advertising their own products and affiliate products for example but they also generate revenue from PPC ads. These are adverts that pay out for each click – so every time someone clicks on an ad or watches it all the way through, they get a tiny amount of cash.

But while that amount is tiny, if you can rack up thousands of views a day, then it starts to add up. If you have a YouTube video that ranks in the top spot for a very popular search term, then potentially you can stand to make hundreds of dollars a day.

And if that content is evergreen, then there’s no reason why that video can’t keep making money for a long time to come!

Better yet, when you consider that you can probably make and edit a great video in a few hours… there’s nothing to stop you from repeating the formula over and over again until you’re eventually making hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

Yes, it really is that simple – but there’s a couple of tips that will help you ensure you use precisely the correct strategy!

2. Quality and Brevity.

When making your videos, think ‘quality not quantity’. That is not to say that you shouldn’t make a lot of videos, rather that they shouldn’t be overly long. Google actually encourages YouTube creators to keep their videos to around 3 minutes, as this will increase the number of complete views and thereby drive up revenue.

What’s more though, is that making your videos shorter means that you can make more videos in a shorter time frame and then have more content to upload that will get multiple views. That way, you can take a few days out of your regur gig, film some short videos and then upload them all in order to generate big revenue.

It sounds easy and it really is – as long as you are making those videos high quality (which needs the right equipment and good editing) and as long as the videos are in a popular niche!

http://syndlab.tudothatsu.com/how-to-make-a-smoothie-simple-instructions-for-great-results/
Smoothies are simple drinks made up from a cocktail of different fruits and vegetables, often with a liquid and some kind of creamy base thrown in for good measures.

Smoothies taste delicious. And what’s more, is that they also contain a ton of goodness in the form of vitamins and minerals that are missing from our diets too often these days. By simply adding a convenient smoothie to your diet and having this once a day, you can massively increase your overall health, your body composition and yo

ur immunity and energy!

So how do you make them?

1. Your Weapon of Choice.

The first thing you will need of course is a smoothie maker or a blender. This is what you are going to use to mush up your ingredients into a pulp and of course you need something powerful to ensure this can be done quickly and easily. Think too about how easy the smoothie will be to dispense and to wash afterward. The Nutribullet is a very popular product right now because it allows you to simply remove the top of your blender to take with you as a bottle!

2. Your Liquid.

Next, you need to choose a liquid. This is of course what will make your smoothie runny and what will make it a drink. The more liquid you add, the runnier your smoothie will be of course and this comes down to personal preference. The norm is to add somewhere between 1-2 cups.

Good examples of liquids include juices, water, milk, ice and even tea. There are different benefits of each, so have a long hard think about which you want to try and how this will go with the other ingredients you have planned.

3. The Base.

The next part is the base. This is the ‘main ingredient’ and it is what is going to provide the consistency of your smoothie – i.e. what will make it smooth! You need to choose something that has the right creaminess while also offering a good flavour (as this will likely be the most overriding flavor in the drink) and also lots of health benefits.

Popular choices include banana, mango, peach, avocado, yogurt and ice!

4. The Fruits.

From there, it’s then a matter of picking your fruits and vegetables! You can do this yourself and simply think about what is likely to work and what isn’t that likely to work against the base and liquid you’ve chosen. Otherwise, you might choose your fruits based on the different nutritional properties they can offer you.

If you aren’t willing to experiment on your own, then of course you can also try turning to a recipe instead. There are plenty on the web, so you shouldn’t be stuck for inspiration for too long!

5. Extras.

Finally, consider a few different extras to give your smoothie that extra kick. You can add garnishes for instance or even nuts to make it pretty, or how about sweetening it with a little honey?

http://syndlab.tudothatsu.com/what-not-to-do-if-you-want-to-lose-weight/
Nearly everyone you speak to wants to lose weight. This is not to say that they are necessarily obese or seriously overweight – but just that most of us are less active than we should be and possibly overindulge on the sweeter things in life.

But if so many people want to lose weight, why are so many of us still not in the shape that we would really like to be?

The answer comes down to a number of very common mistakes that tend to hamper our performance. In this post, I’m going to break down a number of thos

e mistakes and demonstrate which behaviors you should look to change in order to make your next diet successful.

1. Be Overly Ambitious.

One of the biggest mistakes that we will often make when trying to lose weight is to be overly ambitious in terms of our diet plan and our exercise.

A common example of this might be planning to exercise 5 times a week for an hour at a time. This is a big mistake because it is unsustainable. Even if it works for the first few weeks, the reality is that it is going to eventually become too much at which point you’ll return to your old shape.

When looking at any diet plan, ask yourself whether it’s something you can realistically do forever. If not… what’s the point?

2. Forget Drink, Butter and Others.

Another common mistake is to overlook the role that certain less obvious things have in your diet. That is to say that it is easy to remember to eat the right dinner or to avoid cake… but less obvious things like soda drinks, butter on your sandwiches and more can all also have similarly disastrous effects.

3. Wait.

When I speak to people who want to lose weight, they will often tell me that they’re planning to use a certain diet plan or a certain exercise regime but that they’re waiting until life is less busy, until they have bought a fully-written training program from a fitness guru etc.

The point is that losing weight is really not complicated. There are some methods that are more effective than others but ultimately, as long as you are eating a little less and exercising a little more, you will begin to improve.

If you want to lose weight and you haven’t already started, then it suggests that you are putting it off or procrastinating – that you don’t have the motivation. That’s what you should focus on.

4. Overlook Lifestyle.

What’s the best way to lose weight? Quit your job! Imagine it: you’d suddenly have much more time, much more energy and much more inclination to train and to eat correctly.

Of course most of us don’t have the luxury of being able to walk out of our offices, but what we can do is to pay more attention to the role that our work plays. Likewise, focussing on sleep, on our emotional state and on our routine is also important if you really want to make a big difference in your health.

YouTube is a very lucrative platform if you’re successful and can be very rewarding too. Getting feedback from thousands of viewers and being able to communicate directly with your audience is something that no other online business model can offer to quite the same extent.

But despite this, it’s still one of the less common ways to make money online discussed on marketing forums and the like. Why is that?

The answer is simple: a lot of people don’t feel comfortable going on f

ront of the camera.

This might be because they have a thick accent. It might be because they aren’t conventionally attractive (not that this has stopped some YouTubers!) or it might be because they’re shy. And it sure doesn’t help that YouTube comments are famously harsh…
Whatever the case, stepping in front of the camera and being viewed by thousands of people is a big ask and it’s something that not everyone is going to be ready to do.

But here’s the good news: you don’t need to go in front of the camera to create a successful YouTube channel! In fact, there are plenty of types of content you can create that don’t require you to feature at all. And as it happens, these are often very popular and can help you to build just as big an audience.

Here are some examples.

1. Tutorials.

One way to build a big audience without going in front of the camera is to make tutorial videos showing viewers various technology solutions. This might be a video showing people how to get better performance from their PC, a PhotoShop tutorial etc. Either way, you can create the footage simply by using screen capture software and then just narrating over the top!

2. Gaming.

There is a wide range of gaming-related content that you can make with no need to go in front of the camera. A ‘Let’s Play’ for example is a video that features you speaking over the top of yourself playing to narrate the experience. Meanwhile, you can also make walkthroughs, playthroughs and more – all without ever going in front of the camera!

3. Podcast.

It’s possible to make a number of ‘podcast’ style videos too that are only really spoken with no need for you to be on the screen. These can be interviews, opinion videos, comedy bits and more and all you need to hold the viewers’ attention is some kind of image that’s relevant to the topic you’re discussing.

4. Animations.

If you want something more dynamic to hold the attention of your viewers while you’re talking, then you can simply make some kind of animation. There are plenty of options here from storyboard animations to whiteboard animations – and there are just as many tools out there to help you make them!

5. Montage/Mashup.

You can also create a number of videos using a montage/mashup approach. This might mean that you splice together various other videos or that you make your own supercuts.

A lot of people are starting to drink smoothies because they’ve heard about their benefits online or from friends. The word is spreading fast that these amazing drinks not only taste great but also do wonders for our energy levels, our immune systems, our bones, our muscle and pretty much every other aspect of human health you can think of!

But what is less common is for people to be truly scientific in their formulation of their smoothies. Smoothies are good for you, yes, but it goes well beyond that. The way in which smoo

thies are good for you depend entirely on what you put in them and that means you can devise a smoothie with a specific goal once you know what all the ingredients do!

To demonstrate this, here are a few ingredients that all have one particular benefit – they greatly enhance your sleep. You can combine a few of these with some other ingredients to make a generally healthy smoothie that will also boost your sleep!
Cherries

Cherries are fantastic for enhancing sleep because they provide us with a natural source of melatonin. For those who don’t remember their high school biology, melatonin is the ‘sleep hormone’ that we produce in the brain when we’re ready for bed. The more of this you have, the sleepier you get and the deeper you sleep. Melatonin is what you get in a lot of the most powerful sleeping medications but by getting it from cherries, you can get it much more cheaply and without any of the unwanted side effects (like dependence!).

1. Milk.

Milk is a great choice for your bed-time smoothie because it can make your sleep more restorative. That’s because milk contains healthy cholesterol and your body can use that to make testosterone. This is especially important for men because it helps with the formation of muscle – but for everyone it can be very helpful in healing. A lot of us also associate milk with bedtime from our youth and thus it can be very soothing.

2. Honey.

Health and fitness guru Seth Rogen recommended honey for sleep based on his own observations and this trick quickly took the web by storm. The theory is that honey is a great choice because we need energy while we sleep, or else we wake up with low blood sugar and a headache to go along with it. Honey provides both fructose and sucrose – two sugars that are fast and slow acting. This means that you’ll get energy right at the start of your sleep and also later on when you’re deeper into it. Try adding a little honey to your milk smoothie and see!

3. Strawberries.

Finally, strawberries are a good source of vitamin C and any source of vitamin C can greatly enhance your sleep. That’s because vitamin C is known to increase serotonin and your body converts serotonin into melatonin. Serotonin itself also happens to be good for your mood, meaning you can feel rested and de-stressed before you doze off!
